So many to choose from, but heres some things that make me happy:

The smell of rain after a long dry spell,
Driving on mountain roads, (windows down of course)
Wiping down my rifles after a long day at the range
Cat rubbing against my leg
Coming home to the smell of cookies!
Driving in my car after I clean it
Taking photos of wilderness
Biking
Hiking and Backpacking
Camping
Drinking from Mountain streams
Watching MASH reruns while drinking a good beer after work.
Building stuff
