1) What did/do you eat in college, predominately? Did it even resemble healthy eating?
Well, I actually eat (relatively) healthy. We have a forced meal plan, so it would really be wasting money not to eat at the dining hall so I'm usually there rather than getting snack/fast food.
And the dining halls here are actually pretty good. They have a lot of variety, and always have some veggies not including the salad bar. Plus I'm vegetarian, and they always have lots of vegetarian options that tend to be healthier. So yes, I eat sort of healthy, but I don't think thats gonna stop me from gaining my freshman 15 or having a heart attack by the end of college :/
2) Where you limited by time, convenience, finances and/or motivation?
I'm basically limited by time and motivation...mostly motivation. It takes a lot of effort to walk across the street to one of the 3 dining halls that are 2 minutes away
3) What do you think is the ONE THING that all college students should stock in their cabinets/kitchens?
Cereal. I love cereal. It saves my life. Its good for any time. And you can just stick in in a ziplock and take it to wherever.
4) Name some other less-ultimate items.
Ramen, or ramen-like things. Some fruits (probably stolen from the dining halls). Actually, basically anything you can steal from a dining hall that won't go bad in a day or two...it really saves a lot of time and comes in handy all the time. Candy. Chips. Lol I think if it wasn't for my dining plan, I'd probably have gained the freshman 15 in a couple days
5) Send me some real goddamned food please. My cooking is subpar.
Haha if I had any real food...
