it was 90 days in evaluation which he didn't even finish, in addition to either probation or jail time.

The last bit was what the judge may or may not have gone back on, although the fact that the judge said "yah I might give you jail time" (despite the fact it's sleazy of him to do if he said otherwise) tells me he may have believed Roman deserved more time.

I don't think at anytime there was a serious consideration for 50 years. it doesn't sound like it.
