Her comment was that she certainly didn't look like some innocent little girls and could have been 'anything up to 25'.
I don't know if she's telling the truth or not. One thing that is kind of interesting is that none of the photos taken that night seem to be available for anyone to look at (I've checked) because I'd like to know myself. What her appearance was that night might well have played into the defence's court had they decided to emphasize that as part of their defence. If you show a jury a photo of someone who looks twenty, taken the evening that someone claimed they thought they were 20 it's not going to go well for the prosecution.
Contracts are not usually handled by people at that level, Celia. It's unlikely he ever saw the paperwork. Lawyers do all that stuff. Small amateur productions do all the paperwork themselves, but these photos were for Vogue. It's unlikely he ever saw the paperwork.
