Probably shouldn't rush to use technology for something this major until they know it is perfect.
My new job, like my last, has elaborate procedures for documenting EVERY action, even the most trivial. As my mother says, "if you did not document it, it did not happen." Simple rule; maybe one day we will adopt it for US elections. Y'know, once we have the technology.
