If he threatened Obama with donating money to charity in his name UNLESS he released his records, then it could POSSIBLY be extortion, but it would be a lauhgable case. Hell, this is MUCH closer to bribery than it is to extortion, and it isn"t briobery because obama is not personally receiving monetary gain. get a clue. It is dumb, but not even close to anything tawdry or illegal.
