Firstly we were not discussing me because I am not in the navy and if I were to commit such an error as to join the navy I wouldn't get stuck on subs.

I understand that male-female crews in a tight area can have issues, but if everyone's big boys and girls (and i mean behaviorally you dirty people), then I really do not see the issue. People aren't supposed to be having relationships and sex and shtuff on duty ANYWAYS, correct? (As in, within their military-groups, not with like...their spouses).

So all we need for your plan to work is we take about of men and women in there early 20's who have never been away from mommy and daddy and but them in a confined areas for weeks at a expect things to go smoothly? Wow why don't we get college kids to stop drinking so much while we are it because we are talking about people of basically the same age?

Look at how many service members are married to other service members and then ask yourself how well that no fraternization rule is working. Most of the females I knew in the military were either dating other service members or were married to them. Several were doing both.
