A way to make presidents legally accountable (not just politically accountable) for their promises. We're paying him to do a job and entrusting him with our finances and welfare. Any other person under those circumstances would be litigated if they promised with no real intention of delivering. Now, of course if we ever really tried anything like this the judicial system would get swamped with frivolous suits against the president by idiots. So it's not like it would ever be practical. But maybe I'll have a nice dream tonight about a world where it is.
