The typical day:

Breakfast = fruit smoothie. Because I had to walk right past the smoothie place every day from dorm to class, and fruit is tasty / good for you.

Lunch = sandwich of some sort. Usually a fairly healthy-ish sub, and sometimes chik fil a.

Dinner = whatever the dining hall had that day. Usually was pretty good.

Aside from that, the usual assortment of snacks, drinks, etc. Not super healthy, but I ate decently.
