What did/do you eat in college, predominately? Did it even resemble healthy eating?
I eat decently. Most of my eating habits use to revolve around fast food for the first year or so. Lots of Pizza, McDonald's and what not. The last couple of years, I have been cooking. I have greatly improved.
2) Where you limited by time, convenience, finances and/or motivation? In the first year, I took WAY to many classes and I was always pressed for time. So I usually ate on the go. After that, I decided to pull back, save money and cook.
3) What do you think is the ONE THING that all college students should stock in their cabinets/kitchens?
Spaghetti and Spaghetti Sauce.
4) Name some other less-ultimate items.
Chicken, Fruit, Hamburger Helpers.
5) Send me some real goddamned food please. My cooking is subpar.
Can't send you food, but I will give you a recipe.
1 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Roma Tomato
Sliced Mozerella Cheese
Tuscan Seasoning
Olive Oil.
Thaw chicken. Grease a casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
Lightly coat chicken with Olive Oil.
Sprinkle both sides with the Tuscan seasoning (Italian Seasoning is a good substitute)
slice tomatoes and place on top of chicken
place slice cheese over tomatoes
Bake in oven 20-25 minutes until it is done.
Enjoy it.
