I assume for the purposes of this survey, you're talking about Presidential candidates only.

1. The candidates almost undoubtedly market 'change' as the reason to vote for them. I will change this, I will get America where it should be. Do you believe them?

No.

2. Do the candidates deliver? Is there a President in your lifetime who has delivered and really made you glad that you voted for him? Or is it all the same old until they get into the White House and everything remains pretty standard.

Sometimes they'll deliver on one thing, sort of. It's not exactly what they promised, because they've had to make compromises just to get it done.

One who "delivered" was Ronald Reagan, as far as I can tell. I'm too young to have paid attention to his campaigns or voted for him, but everything I hear, and being around during his terms, tells me that he generally did what he said he was going to do. No other President has really done a whole lot in that sense, during my lifetime.

3. Does the candidate matter that much to you or do you vote for a party and their policies most times?

I've never thought to myself, "I don't care what party this guy's in, I'm voting for him."

4. How is the quality of your leadership changing? Are your leaders better or worse than 20 or 50 years ago?

My first real experience of Presidential leadership was Reagan. No one has been as good since, in my opinion. I can't say anything about anyone before him.

Thank you

You're welcome.
