I find it all kind of suspicious that he's suddenly been found guilty of years of doping after he passed hundreds of drug tests.
That said, I don't understand why the USDA would suddenly decide to prosecute arguably the world's greatest cyclist. What have they got to gain? If its a symbolic witch hunt against doping its probably one of the most malicious acts in history, especially with Lance's history.
So in my mind he's probably guilty. It would take a very evil organization to pull this kind of act without substantiation even if they could get away with it. As I said, if he's innocent it's a travesty but if they suddenly stripped Phelps of all his medals for doping I'd automatically believe that they found evidence, checked it and double checked it before they pounced.
