but the actually logging into skype hasn't been done for a while . You'll find my username on my fb page.
But about chat maturity, I was banned several times for being a pain in the backside - thankfully I have changed a lot in 7-8 years. Hopefully the same goes for everyone else

I have often suggested it as a possible alternative during the periodic clamoring for a RAFO chat but, despite some takers, there seems to be a general desire for something native to RAFO that does not require downloading any software. I understand and respect that, but even if RAFO acquires a chat I do not expect it to support conference calls any time soon, and my experience has been that those are more fun than text-only chat. Also, they allow me to multi-task with games and net surfing when you people start to bore me.
Oh, and regarding growing community maturity, perhaps time will tell soon enough, when general decorum convinces Ben chat would be worth the trouble (I once read somewhere that there is always trouble whenever multiple humans are together....) It got pretty nasty at wotmania toward the end, which I think contributed to the sites demise both in itself and in spilling over to the CMB. Obviously no one wants a reprise of that, and in Bens place (which I certainly am not) I would need to be VERY sure there would be none before I invested the time to code and implement a RAFO chat.
