Except that I'm kidding, because this will not affect porn viewing in the slightest. Parental controls aren't very effective when new sites can crop up constantly, or be bypassed via proxy servers, IP addresses, etc. Half the parents won't know how to access the parental controls, half of those that do will fail to realize that their child can turn them off if he/she has an administrator level account, and the remaining children will simply learn valuable computer skills in their efforts to circumvent the block, thus making life much easier for them in school when they want to bypass the school district internet blocks on non-educational websites. It will be pretty moronic of Romney to try to implement this if he does become president.
