Some folks have been revising that like crazy the last few days, I just spent like twenty minutes trying to find the page again thinking I had the wrong ones until I did 'view history' and picked the version from when I wrote that. Christ was that aggravating. I was busy writing a cop-out about being unable to find it when I thought about revisions. Anyway I make no claims to its accuracy or anything else, I found it, pasted it into excel, sorted it by year and clipped off all stuff before I was born, removed all that weren't from the US or general EU, and counted.

I'd also welcome more complete lists, while trying to find it again through google-fu I noticed that the web is essentially clogged with various crap making an effective search for serious treatments impractical. Let me know if you find better.
