First term I went really well. I walked the hills, on Palm Island, every afternoon, after school. I ate pretty well. Then...second term. It sucked! It was a hard term. I just wanted to have my time there to be over and be back living with Waz fulltime! ATM we see each other Fri night-Sun morn, as he lives on the mainland.
He on the other hand has joined this group and it has been really great for him
. I've been with him quite a few times this week and it is a lot of fun.
I am hoping 3rd term, light at the end of the tunnel, sees me back to walking and to be fit and fab by Xmas

You do actually need to eat more when exercising to get any effect, but you probably need water
