Ah. well, still. Your average practice does not have an MRI machine. LadyLorraine Send a noteboard - 07/06/2012 04:50:39 PM
No veterinary clinic, and I mean NO VETERINARY CLINIC, is going to even have an MRI machine as a primary care facility (i.e. not a referral practice). Even if they are a large referral clinic (which doesn't sound to be the case from the sound of the commercial), there is no reason to have more than one MRI machine. There just isn't that kind of demand for MRIs.

Maybe the veterinary equivalent of a concierge doctor?

Maybe? Anyway, my point is just to say that we are FAR from overflowing in resources in veterinary medicine. Just so no one gets the wrong idea :P

I think this indicates our society has too much time or resources on its hands - 05/06/2012 05:01:07 PM 796 Views
I SINCERELY doubt that practice has multiple MRI machines. If they do, they're idiots. - 05/06/2012 06:34:08 PM 805 Views
I think the implication of the commercial was a replacement or upgrade, not concurrent-use - 07/06/2012 12:16:34 AM 500 Views
