17, better than I expected, actually. - Edit 1

Particularly given all the two comic book questions worth more than a quarter of the quiz. Had I realized you were looking for Bond rather than one of his nemeses in question 4 I would be QUITE pleased with my results, though I still feel bad about missing the second half of the Neverending Story question.
Test Your Geekdom
Vol IX: You Bet Your Life
In this quiz, you will often be asked for a ‘nickname’, which in this context would indicate their secret identity, alias, and so on. For instance Superman would be a nickname in the quiz, as would Batman or Agent 99 from Get Smart.
This quiz, good for 22 points, is theme-tied to our running Coin Game series on the RPG board, Game 8 of which begins shortly and the game is quite simple and not time consuming, all are welcome so if you'd care to join us, just head to The Chipped Mug Inn
1. (3 points) This villain from DC comics, whose face is not two soft on the eyes, is known for deciding his actions based on a coin flip.
I STILL do not do comics, but do have a soft spot for Bats, Supes and (to a lesser extent) Spidey, so I actually know these.
Two-Face
Harvey Dent
Lawyer (district attorney)
Um, Gambit? From the little I have seen, I get the impression half the X-Men are from the South (ironic given that the title supposedly began as a civil rights allegory.)
Beats the Hell out of me; I am just thrilled to have a shot at even two of these.
X-Men
Matrim Cauthon, but you know those folks are persona non grata around here now.
The foxhead ter'angreal.
TSR
Yeah, I do not do Bond either, but I will take a wild stab and say Goldfinger.
This bodes ill for me, since the Goldfinger film was eponymous. I guess I will put money on red AND black and say Casino Royale.
Believe it or not, I have never read any Ringworld (I tend to confuse it with Philip Jose Farmers similarly titled but very different Riverworld series, which I recommend.)
The Neverending Story
On the tip of my tongue, but I cannot quite recall it.
Janus
Oceans Eleven
Gosh, I dunno; I never actually saw it. Sinatra? And has ANYONE in Hollywood known how to make an original film since, say, 1995?
Clooney (George, not his aunt)
I do not recall where Tolkien ever mentioned Bilbo being born with tremendous luck; source, please?
The Hobbit
Russian Roulette.
