Dr No (I was sure the first book was Casino Royale but Dr No was the first film)
I thought Isaac must know about some film version of Casino Royale that was done before Dr. No. But I just looked it up, and the only film versions of Casino Royale are the 2003 version and a 1967 Bond spoof (Dr. No was 1962). A television episode based on Casino Royale was done in 1954 ... but the question said it was a movie.
However, I just realized that the question is probably just not worded the way we're reading it. We're reading it as "original book and original movie", when it's saying "original book and any movie". So that's what threw us off.
