so much so, that ken blackwell requested immunity from having to testify about his role as secretary of state for that election. that makes two presidential elections in a row (2004 and 2008 ) in which ohio had problems with the voting process. one was run by an R and the other by a D. now tell us again how the R's are infallible at running elections?
