My first instinct was A. he was hitting on you, but then I reread it, and since he didn't make any leery comments it could equally well be B. he was just hoping you might bring him some business. I think it depends entirely on whether he left cards at the other occupied tables in the place. If so, B; if it was just you, definitely A. If you were the only customer, I can't tell. Probably both. As in, his leaving the card could have produced two results, and he'd be happy with either.
