what is a menstrual cup?
A cup that is used instead of a tampon etc to collect menstrual fluids, often reusable many times and hence cheaper and friendlier to the environment, plus it has a larger capacity than tampons and thus do not need to be changed as often. It also does not dry out the area like a tampon.
