Probably, I know the movies make their rounds, the anime references are a bit shoehorned to make it diverse appeal since I really don't watch them much myself either. The upside to Amerocentric quizzes, I suppose, is that the media is so widespread you foreign devils have at least a shot at it. I had to google just to try to find a Belgian cartoon... and this is what I got, WTF and NSFW. Which frankly scares the hell out of me and I assume is a parody but nevertheless was right up near the top of "Belgian TV shows", showing the futility of searching that one and tempting me to open up an entire thread on it. Ideally I'd like to do quizzes on the really more obscure arcana like 'what was the name of the actor who played Romulan Commander in Stark Trek episode 'balance of terror' and what other role did he play?' but I think that stuff's got to be reserved for down the road themed quizzes, till then I'm just going for whatever seems pretty well known for the genre, and that's probably gonna be 90% US stuff.

Believe it or not, I'm a little more cosmopolitan-minded than to think everything that isn't American must be Belgian, or to care if your quizzes fail to include anything Belgian. That said, since we're discussing cartoons/comic books, perhaps Belgian ones do in fact have more international appeal than American ones. You might at some point in your life have come across this cartoon called The Smurfs, or heard some vague reference to this character called Tintin. Or one called Asterix - though that one's French, not Belgian. No offense, but this is one of the dumber replies I've seen from you.
I did see a reference to the smurfs but as mentioned, my mind kinda got stuck on the disturbing video. It's tongue and cheek, no offense was intended. To the contrary I decided to try scanning around for some non-American or Japanese shows of note, and I started with Belgian for obvious reasons, and that's what I got, which was not meant as a slight merely a headbanging moment of realization about how futile the task would likely be. German cartoons for instance either brings up German translations of American cartoons or caricatures of German culture, beer stein and lederhosen. "American Cartoons" brings up almost all political satire cartoons and the same applies, it's not wiki-easy to pull up some long list of popular TV or comics and their nation of origin to scan through for ones I know enough to ask a question about, yes smurfs would have been a good one but unlike Japanese anime about the only way to tell it's not American without really deep inspection is if it's still in some other language and then I don't know it enough to ask about. That's just how it is, I'm not really willing to devote hours to finding out what might qualify on all accounts and there is no ready resource that would aid on that. As to any other offense, accident of poor joke I suppose, the video was a brain bleach moment, I apologize. Though honestly I'm unclear on how I gave offense. I expressed what I thought an obvious point, that someone outside the states is more likely to be familiar with American TV and media then vice-versa and doubly so with them and a different country then their own.
