And to answer your question about: To make it inorganic, from a scientifically chemically definition of "inorganic," it would have to have no carbon bonds, per the rules of Organic Chemistry. In all likelihood, if we use that logic, then yes, it is "organic," scientifically speaking, but not "organic" nutritionally speaking.
