Well, they both have their plusses and minuses. The dog is more fun to "rough-house" with, but cats are more cuddly (when they want to be).
And cats are less work, in general.
I guess. The dog is more fun than the cats were. But then again, the cats didn't grab poopy diapers out of the over-full trash and run around the house with them.

Yes, I wouldn't have gotten the cats at all - I'm sure you have at least a partial recollection of why and how I no longer have them.
yeah.

In a way I regret not having gotten a shelter dog, but then it wouldn't be this dog that we love so much (except when he's running around the house playing keep-away with a poopy diaper).
I sort of feel like I should be angry with you, but people make the choices they feel are right at the time.
