This seems like it might be one of those tricks, because of the Ohio and Erie. Those SHOULD be counted in the Mississippis basin though, so I will go with the Colorado (the one in AZ, not TX.) I think the western Red River has a pretty good sized basin, too, though, so I may regret this....
