No. But it is true that my risk aversion coefficient is too high.

Yeah, of course I am much more risk averse than my sister but it's me who who has the problem- I'm the one whose risk aversion is a standard deviation or two from the mean. And I know I have to manage that to have a fulfilling and full life.
However- when I know it doesn't matter, I actually love taking risks. For example: in card games I love making the aggressive super risky moves while my sister sticks to less risky strategies. However, I refuse to gamble with real money (at least not when I need the money). It's possible (more like probable!) that I'd even be good at it and make some money playing poker but I can't do it. My only time gambling successfully was when I was doing it with other people's money in Atlantic City. That was awesome.
Or you accusing your sister of being "fearless" again.

In the "STD's and Sexual Health" section on a sex education site/blog, the most recent post is making the assertion that people are over panicky over STD risk and that driving is just as risky, if not more so.
Me: Yes! Both are risky! But the fact that people are willing to ignore driving risk doesn't magically diminish STD risk. (Oh, and *obviously*: when on a sex education blog I'm checking out the "std" tag. My biggest concern.)
HAHAHAHA I can almost see the comments: "oh yeah, I'd be scared to have sex in NYC too..."

Seriously? Why? At 13 you should have had some awareness of the danger you were posing to others

Probably just a difference in perspective. Kids sneaking a vehicle for a jor ride is pretty common.
