The people who decided to "organize" it were grown-up children with entitled expectations that the rest of the world didn't sympathize with, and despite having valid arguments that could be made about various political and economic problems, they chose an in-your-face but completely ineffective means to express their displeasure.

For a group that claims to represent 99% of America, they automatically assume an adversarial attitude toward a LOT of people.
