Seriously, almost an identical story: Chick wants to impress some dude at a club who keeps ignoring her for other chicks with huge butts, so she finds some cut rate plastic surgeon who injects her with a butt full of caulk in a hotel room, then she goes back to "get her man" but instead collapses on the club floor and dies of toxic shock. Note: I DID say, "injects her with a butt full of CAULK" not... y'know....
