I always thought that infamous line "I bet you're the kind of guy that would fuck a person in the ass and not even have the goddamn common courtesy to give him a reach-around" showed a remarkable lack of homophobia for a military drill instructor in the seventies.

Anyhow, good for the USMC, certainly good for their PR. Perhaps not in some circles, but those likely aren't the circles where the USMC's PR needed a boost in the first place.
