It was multiple events so it spread out years but they made a fairly big deal out of the 50th for D-Day and Pearl Harbor as well as the two victory days. Hell they probably made bigger deal out of the 50th than they did the tenth.
some places still had rationing going on then
I think it is time for the United States, as a nation, to stop mourning 9/11.
