When they started giving out real prizes for these sort of contest people didn't take long to break the system. It is almost impossible to have real on line voting anymore. This one doesn't even limit how many times a day you can vote. It may be as simple as he is voting over and over again for himself but if he is smart he wrote some sort of macro.

This is worth 25% of the total score. The shooting (judges scores) are worth 50% of the score and the competitors critique was worth 24% of the total score - so this is 25%. I'm not expecting to "WIN" this round, but I do need to stay up there to stay in the running.
