He's just back from his thousand year interdimensional beer run and is pissed that nobody worships him anymore so he flipped the berserker switch he programmed into English DNA and now there's a whole lot of smashy smashy burning going on.

In all seriousness, no we Europeans do not riot quite a bit. In the UK, it's mostly innercity kids and young adults looting and burning because they're bored, want free stuff and think the choas is fun. That's not Europe-wide rioting, it's confined to a few English cities.

Unless you were referring to the Arab Spring, then you need to know that northern Africa and western Asia are just that, northern Africa and western Asia.
