cisco has used the US justice department to have a man jailed in canada for nothing more than suing them for bad business practices. i have no sympathy for cisco, and even less inclination to believe they are going to do *anything* other than protect their own self-interest. for them to lobby for something like this means it's probably a very bad idea for people who are not cisco.
