I was just surprised to hear little ol' Acworth mentioned. It's really a nothing town and nowhere near inner-city.

BTW, there's a law (and it's not an old one either, I think it dates back to the mid-1980s) in neighboring Kennesaw that requires all homeowners to own a gun. It gets made fun of a lot, but at the time, it worked. Kennesaw was experiencing a wave of home invasions and that law (even though it isn't enforced) really cut back on them at the time.

Correct, that's me. I do all the Weird Laws videos. I admit, maybe this one wasn't maybe my best work. I film and edit, like, 4 of these at one time.
And that's an interesting one- I'm not sure if I read that one when I was looking up ones for Georgia. Maybe one day I'll do a second take at the states and look at different laws...
