I used Open Office for a while but it was pain for interaction Isaac Send a noteboard - 29/06/2011 06:00:33 PM
You can't beat free, and it works just fine, and for a while all the Office '07 interface modifications were driving me batshit crazy I liked it, but it got me in the habit of changing all docs into pdfs before sending them to people, which I still do even now that I'm back on MS Office. Of all my various anti-MS sprees, I think OpenOffice was the most pointless.
The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.

You don't have to be a big fan to acknowledge it's at least very nearly as good, and free. - 28/06/2011 10:51:31 PM 375 Views
