Three weeks for one and two months-ish for the other.
Three weeks before a wedding can be a very stressful time. I remember it was around then that my now wife-of-11-and-a-half-years (on and off) was having yet another attack of stress about the seating, or the cars or the photos or whatever, and I had to pointedly tell her that all she really had to worryu about was whether or not she was going to turn up. Bottom line is, if both parties turn up, then the wedding will go smoothly. All the rest is just minor detail, the majority of which will sort itself out despite any stress directed at it.
Ten? I can do ten.
Ten and then move on. It's the moving on that's important.
