There are plenty of rituals and traditions that can be mocked

Jews have a lot- many kosher food laws, circumcision, yarmulkes, those little curly things whose names I always forget.
Christians have a ton- Christmas trees are a big one, as are any of the traditions that originally sprang from pagan religions. Like the Easter Bunny.
That tiny Spanish village where every year they push a goat out of their church tower to celebrate... some obscure saint's feast.
Anyone who is absolutely forbidden of touching a member of the opposite sex, lest they catch some kind of karmic cooties and need to purify themselves.
Pretty much anything around what clothing is good and what clothing is bad- if you wear denim to a funeral, obviously you're being disrespectful. If you wear white after Labor Day, you're... I'll be honest, I never really understood this one.
Pretty much any holiday, ever (Oh, the Earth has completed another full orbit since you were born? Let's have some cake! Oh... wait, let me put some FIRE on it first)
And yes, this includes body modification. Piercings (piercing your ear lobe is fine, but if you pierce your nose you are obviously unsuited for the professional world) and body mutilation.
So, yeah. Circumcision is one of many completely ridiculous things in the world, and mocking it is not the same as being anti-Semitic
