Bring it up again and let him know it's not okay before you start dragging in third parties like police and lawyers. Once you do that it's out of your hands and things will develop in bad ways if you do care about this person you are with. Resolve your issues openly, candidly and in your own home. ONLY if the situation escalates should you start involving third parties, because at that point a prosecutor could throw him in jail even if you change your mind. You NEED to bring it up again, though.
