...and one that very clearly for multiple reasons could be considered under federal authority, alternatively just about everything in Obamacare clearly falls under state authority or no previous authority. I'd maybe feel better about this if I considered it a partisan picking point instead of just bewildering, if people want national healthcare, pass a damn amendment, there are 27 of the things, and if you can't get the actually fairly small majority of the pop needed to pass one on your side, maybe the ideas ain't so hot.
