I know you hate the cops and all but try and use some rational thought. How is this different that the police just following you? What information can they get from this that they couldn't get from following you? The method changes nothing. Do you object to police trailing people they suspect to see what they are doing? At please cool it with the silly "get warrant before you investigate" noise. They have to investigate in order to get a warrant to actually invade your privacy because despite the paranoia on the fringes of society they can't get warrants without some evidence to support it.
