Which was ironic given it's one of the things Americans are taken to task for most. Even more ironic is that YOU'RE the one annoyed.
I invariably reply when people reply to me so they don't think I ignored them. I worry people will think I ignored a reply I simply missed, 'cos I'm a jerk like that.
But if you're that curious if I NEED the last word, feel free to reply with another ad hominem and I promise I'll read it but not reply.
