You should read George Smoot's Wrinkles in Time. It explains it all in a way that made sense to me when I was 16, and it is written by a Nobel Prize in Physics winner.
You're at least half genius. AND you have one attached to you. We'll see what happens when I read it.
My attached genius only showed up later that year, perhaps drawn by the air of brilliance emanating from my enthralling conversation on the subject of the space-time continuum?
Hypothesis? At any rate, I like it.
True, now that we are in Science-territory, I suppose we would need a lot more corroborating evidence before we could call it a theory.
Still, it is a good book. And it has illustrations and neat pictures of the COBE experiment.
