Not a structured one. I did the C25K and loved it (serious <3) and have been running regularly ever since* as a way to stay active and fit. During that time I lost about 25 pounds that I have managed to keep off for a while now. Almost a year, now that I think about it. Wow. I didn't follow a specific plan except start eating more (mostly raw) vegetables, mostly in the form of salads for lunch. This had the side benefit of cutting back on the fast food/junk I was normally eating for lunch.
That's awesome that you were able to keep with it w/o even realizing.
We're going to have to get back to sharing recipes.
I'm going to be cooking again after this week, too. So yes please Looking forward to lots of new Spring/Summer vegetable recipes!
*(...or at least I had been until about...5 weeks ago? Getting back into it as soon as the body cooperates.)
Is it broken?
A little. Things I have learnt recently: I'm awesome at stage falls but can't do them without hurting myself (I may have missed some sort of vital piece of the training there) and also, my lungs will rebel if I'm not nice to them. So as soon as the swelling/bruising in my knee goes away and I can make it more than 20 minutes without coughing up something gross (sorry), we're back on the running regimen!
If you are from Betelgeuse, please have one of your Earth friends read what I've written before you respond. Or try concentrating harder.

You should just run and eat whatever you want within reason.

Mass-produced sliced bread is gross. Fresh tasty bread is delicious.

Oh. 10 kilos is 22 lbs (that's pound, right?) and 17 kilos is 37 lbs.

Don't lose weight quickly! It's weight fluctuation that's bad for you.
