For some reason I think you are in your mid to late 30s. If so welcome to things being harder to do than they used to be You can still do them but it get much harder to do things like double your workout after about 35. Pretty soon you will find yourself moving things further away from your face instead of closer in to see them better.
I'm frustrated with my workout endurance.
