I think it's also a personality thing though, because I know women who don't have a hard time finding someone to date, even though they are 40.

However, the idea that it has to do with cows and giving up milk for free is a bit silly. I know from experience that you can give it up just fine and still be in a committed relationship, it just depends on who you give it up to (6 years and counting).
