But you would need more than just feeling like it was worse. They actually test their networks and know if the quality has gotten better or worse. I have done the testing before and believe it or not in most places the quality of the major carriers is pretty close if you look at from a city wide view point. It can very a little in spot locations but over all they are very similar.
Your strongest case would be if the took down a “redundant” tower and you lost coverage at home or suddenly couldn’t get 3G at work. But yeah if you complain loud enough and long enough they will probably let you out.
