I'm very allergic to cats but I have 1 Delireus Send a noteboard - 18/03/2011 05:09:04 PM
We took in a stray about 3 years ago and I suddenly got sick all the time. I had never been aroun cats for a long time before that, and after months of being very sick, getting better, then relapsing,I finally thought "maybe it's the cat"

So I got tested and I'm allergic to dogs, cats, and small rodents, as well as pollen or something...i forget.

I take Allegra D, I love that stuff. Oh my god, I love it. But, it's expensive, or so I assume, as my mom has me switch to claritin D from the counter. It's not as good :(. I'm only around my cat for a few months out of the year, i'm away in college mostly,so it's not too bad. But I could never get rid of her or any animal, I love animals! I just suffer when I'm around them.

Last year here in Kansas, right around this time, I got sooo sick. I was sick for weeks and the student doctor her is shit. They didn't give me anything and told me it was because all the trees and stuff bloomed at the same time, instead of over the course of a few weeks, so all my allergies were compacted into a terrible mess. It was horrible.

When I was younger, I use to be so afraid of getting allergies, I never understood people who had them. How could you be sick for so long and there was no cure? But now I understand. I hate it. But, i love animals too much to get rid of them.

"It feels like someone with a fever is yelling at my pants!"
Note: Just because we moved does not mean I shall stop abusing the smileys

I'd rather be attacked by a squirrel than be allergic to cats *NM* - 17/03/2011 07:13:21 PM 341 Views
