If a 90 year old survivor of the Pearl Harbor attack had this attitude, I wouldn't judge him because the experience builds the attitude. But these are young people saying this. Utterly ridiculous. One guy even said, "Does anyone else think it's more than coincidence that the wave went from Japan to Hawaii?" Yes, dicknose, it's called science. The two share the same ocean and aren't that far from each other. OF COURSE Hawaii is going to get some of that wave. What a bunch of jackasses.
Makin' sweet love to CMBs since 2001.
This makes me feel sick, and very angry.

At first I thought it was just really dark humor, which I admittedly have a taste for.

Atheists don't ever have twisted senses of justice? I must know quite a few believers in denial.

I think the point was that atheists don't tend to believe in divine retribution. *NM*
