First you are going to have to put on a lot of muscle mass. Probably 40 lbs at a guess maybe more. If you get on a strict diet and work out plan you can probably put on 1-2 a week for the first 10 or so pounds but then you will likely level off a bit it will get harder. I would be shocked if you could gain that much muscle in less than two years. Once you gain the muscle you still are not done because you had to eat a lot of calories to bulk and that guy is carrying very little body fat. It is very hard to add significant muscle and lose a lot of fat at the same time so you will probably need to wait until you get the muscle mass first then switch to maintenance program and start doing hard cardio to burn the fat. You will need a very strict and focused diet to do that without losing some of that hard earned muscle as well. Good luck.
